Membership Agreement

The automatic renewal service is provided for users who activate Myvro membership. It helps avoid interruption of membership benefits when the current membership period is about to expire.

By enabling automatic renewal, you authorize the applicable payment channel, including the App Store, to charge the account linked to your Apple ID or other approved payment method for the next billing cycle.

Billing Cycle

Myvro may offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or other membership periods as shown in the app. After purchase, the membership validity period is extended according to the selected billing cycle. For App Store subscriptions, renewal is handled by Apple under the terms displayed at purchase.

Automatic Debit Rules

Cancellation Method

On an Apple device, open the App Store, tap the Apple account avatar, enter account subscriptions, select Myvro, and cancel the subscription. You may also manage subscriptions through Apple ID settings.

If another payment channel is made available, please cancel through that channel's subscription or automatic payment management page.

Important Notice

There may be a delay in membership status updates after cancellation or renewal. The membership status shown in Myvro and the App Store subscription page should be used as the current reference. Charges completed before cancellation takes effect are subject to Apple or the relevant payment channel's refund policies.
